Yes. Teacher-tool output carries an explicit licence: free for classroom use, print or copy without restriction. The pre-generated question and prompt pages are the same.

Poems themselves are public domain and need no permission from anyone. Storgy's own editorial writing — analyses, study guides, design — is our copyrighted work: quote it with attribution and a link, but don't republish it wholesale.

The one thing the licence doesn't allow is reselling or white-labelling tool output as an automated service of your own.

For reading and handouts, yes, without limit — the corpus, the study guides, and the pre-generated question sets are free and need no accounts.

For AI runs there's a practical catch. A school network usually presents as one shared address, and free runs carry a per-address daily ceiling. Thirty students on the same wifi share that ceiling, so the class can exhaust it between them.

Two ways round it: a paid plan skips the network ceiling entirely, or have students work from pre-generated pages, which cost nothing at all.

We loosened the anonymous study-sheet allowance for exactly this reason — classroom networks put many first-time students behind one address.

Not through Storgy. There's no seat management, class roster, or student provisioning — accounts are one per person and need an email address that person controls.

In practice, most classes use Storgy without accounts at all: reading, the deterministic tools, and the published question sets need none.

Not as a published product. The School and Teacher Pro tiers were retired in July 2026; what's sold today is Starter, Plus, and Pro. Existing subscribers on the old plans keep them at their original price.
