Write to us.

Storgy is a small operation, which is the good news: your email is read by someone who can actually change the thing you are writing about. We answer within 24 hours, and billing problems go to the front of the queue.

Where to write

Everything else

hello@storgy.com

One address for support, billing, and the library. It reaches a person, not a queue, and it is the right choice whenever you are unsure.

  • A payment, refund, or renewal you want looked at
  • An account you cannot get into, or an email address to change
  • A wrong fact, a misattributed poem, or a broken source link
  • A result page you would like taken down
  • A bug, or anything on the site behaving oddly
  • School purchase orders, invoices, and press

Security reports

security@storgy.com

For vulnerabilities and anything that looks like a way into data that is not yours. An encryption key for the report is available on request.

  • Acknowledged within five business days
  • Fixed or publicly disclosed within ninety days
  • Safe harbour for good-faith research

School data agreements

privacy@storgy.com

For districts and schools that need a counter-signed SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement before they can buy.

  • Data-processing agreements
  • Procurement and vendor-review paperwork
  • Sub-processor questions beyond what /trust/ publishes

To get a faster answer

Tell us three things.

  1. 01

    Which email you use

Write from the address on your Storgy account where you can. It is how we find you without asking you to prove anything.

  2. 02

    The URL

For a wrong fact, a bad AI result, or a broken page, the link tells us exactly which text and which prompt produced it.

  3. 03

    What you expected

Not just what happened. The gap between the two is usually where the actual bug is.

Faster than waiting for us

Who you are writing to

Storgy is operated by iBuild.io LLC, trading as Storgy, which is also the seller of record for subscriptions bought through the site. If you are checking a charge, your statement shows STORGY.COM. Subscribers who joined before mid-2026 are billed by Paddle and will see that name instead.

Data lives on servers in Falkenstein, Germany, under GDPR. The full list of companies that process anything on our behalf is published at Trust & data, and our security posture — including what we do not hold — at Security.

We publish no phone number because there is no phone queue to put you in. Email is the fastest route to the person who can fix your problem.
