Naming

Author
Richard Bateman@rb1
Published

At two and a half years oldshe's learning her name.Duh-duh-duh, duh-duh-duh, duh-duh.

It makes her proud and also shyas she mouths her waythrough its brittle novelty.

She brings it newly into life, examined - somethingto be practiced and admired.

Her taking place has just commenced,in a universewith herself, for a while, as the sun.
