This little book is perfect for sitting on a small coffee table. The photography is so beautiful you could just sit for an age flicking through the pages.
Find Momo Across Europe is a lovely photographic journey across the Mediteranean, Europe and Britain. If anyone has visited any of these places you will recognise them immediately. Andrew Knapp is a Canadian man going off on his travels with his dog – MOMO, the most well behaved dog ever! Knapp offers some insight into how easy and friendly each country is with a dog in toe and shows how strangers become friends.
It is easy to read, but also just looking at the scenery in the photographs is delightful. Andrew has also added the novel idea of hiding MOMO in each picture for the reader to find (an adults version of Where’s Wally!) which is harder than it looks.
This is a terrific concept for a book as it then becomes something to share, a conversational piece and is easily shared with children who would enjoy finding MOMO in all sorts of tricky places.
This book encourages relaxation, for both adults and children, whiling away some time whilst taking in the photography and finding the very elusive MOMO!
Finding Momo Across Europe is published by Quirk Books and is available here.
