By We are pleased to announce the short list for the SHALLOW CREEK Short Story competition
Arguments were plentiful…much beer was consumed. In the end, the STORGY crew spent hours debating the merits, technical prowess, originality and creativity of each story and were finally able to agree on the short list for the Shallow Creek competition. Before announcing the list however, please be aware that ALL the stories that will be in the anthology are a credit to the writer’s ability to weave a narrative tale so compelling and macabre that this really was a challenge for us. Bravo to all the writers!

Congratulations to everyone who made the final short-list and thank you all who entered the Shallow Creek competition! If your name isn’t on the shortlist, don’t worry – your story will still be in the anthology!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Naomi Booth (Sealed) will now judge the short listed entries and we will announce 1st, 2nd and 3rd place writers on 21st October.
We hope that even if you didn’t make the short list, you’ll still support the writers and the campaign as we make our way to find out who the champion of Shallow Creek will be!
Who knows…Mallum Colt may even throw a party and invite everyone involved…
